About
Built by someone who spent
25 years in the classroom.
Jeff Ritter, PhD
Founder, Transform Learning
Jeff spent 25 years as a college professor in the United States. He saw the education system from the inside — what works, what doesn't, and how many students finish high school without knowing what paths are really available to them.
FindMyWay Philippines was born from a simple belief: every student deserves quality career guidance, regardless of how much they can pay. Most schools in the Philippines don't have dedicated career counselors. The ones that do serve hundreds of students each. Senior High is ending and the pressure is real.
That's why we built Guide — an AI that talks with you about your interests, skills, family situation, and fears, then shows you paths that make sense for YOUR life. Not just college. TESDA, BPO, seafaring, OFW, entrepreneurship, government service, agriculture — all the real paths.
It's free. It will always be free. No signup, no data collection, no ads.
